At least HBO takes all the good awards and PBS and Bravo steal most of the reality show nods.

Highlights:

Drea de Matteo (Adriana) got her first (and last) nomination for the Sopranos ...

But the best is the Tonight show, which received LESS nominations than the Chappell Show.
AND it had no nominations in either best variety show or best writing, while CBS's "Late Show With David Letterman," NBC's "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" and Comedy Central's "Daily Show With Jon Stewart," were all nominated.
Stupid Leno. Your show SUCKS.

Leno really sucks, and I suspect that he knows this. That chin grows larger from year to year, no doubt due to his cheesyness... Jay Leno is a hack.
