Bad poll... bad.

I take issue with the poll. I visit Suckahs every day. I check the little sidebar to see which ones of you with your own sites have posted (ahem, when was that snow day again? ;) ) and then contemplate comments or entries. so... i haven't been posting. I don't have anything interesting to say, and also, i just got back from my last ever spring break. so there.

i posted the other day after you posted your question about Kopp, but i got a 505 error.

what i wrote was that I think the reason he opted for a bench trial is he thought that a judge could make the legal distinction upon which his defense rested (that he only intended to injure Dr. Slepian, not kill him) more easily than a jury of Buffalonians.

in the end, it didn't matter.
