Ok, since many of us are up and posting, it's time to think about what we want to do with this here project-- it's what those in Maoist circles might call 'manifesto time'.

So, milch (i can't call you 'the duck-billed funktypus') has begun sending me some digital photographs of various things... I want to create a new layout in the next couple of weeks, that uses either one image that we all can identify with (e.g., a street sign carrying rebecca's mark), which can be swapped out regularly... or, one big collage / montage thing of a lot of photographs, that would not change all that often because it would be so amazingly big a project. Lisa and I are going to Buffalo this weekend, and we want to take some photographs of various things... paradise road, the warehouse school, mrs. croley, etc.
